Client License
Altcreative Signature System. Version 2, effective 6 October 2026
In short. The full terms below apply.
- Use the Signature System for your own brand, including commercial work.
- Everything you make with it is yours: videos, thumbnails, title cards, captions, social media posts and other media. Publish it, monetise it and sell it. No credit to us is needed.
- The system itself stays ours. Don't copy, share, resell or rebuild the engine, the workflows or our templates, and don't pass on your access.
- One active installation at a time. To change computers, ask us for a new setup link. Your license is personal and can't be passed on.
- Your access is given under your client agreement with us and can be removed if its terms or this license are broken.
1. Who this is with
This license is between you, the client named in your client agreement (your proposal, order or
onboarding agreement), and Altcreative ("we", "us"). Your client agreement names the contracting
Altcreative entity and sets out payment, scope and duration. Where it says something different from
this license, your client agreement takes precedence.
2. What this license covers
"The System" means the Altcreative Signature System as provided to you: the studio engine installed on
your computer (its scripts, setup files and presets), the workflow guidance the Altcreative connector
provides to your AI agent, any other automation we provide under your client agreement (such as YouTube
or social media automation), the render templates, caption presets, profiles and other formats we
supply, your client portal, setup links and connector access, and every update to them. Your own brand identity, footage, recordings and content are not part of the
System. They stay yours.
3. What you may do
- Your license is personal to you. You may have one active installation of the System at a time, connected through your own setup link.
- To change computers or systems, contact us for a new setup link. Your previous installation is then disconnected. The license stays personal to you and may not be transferred or redistributed.
- Use the System for personal and commercial purposes, for the content, media and services of the brand set up in your portal.
- You decide who works on your computer, and you are responsible for how your installation is used.
4. What belongs to you
- Everything the System produces for you belongs to you: videos, edits, CapCut drafts, exported files, thumbnails, title cards, captions, transcripts, social media posts and other media. You may use, publish, monetise, sell, license and distribute it anywhere, without attribution, also after your access ends.
- Your footage, voice, music, brand identity and anything else you supply stay yours.
- Third-party material inside your outputs, such as stock footage, music or fonts, stays under its own license (see section 7).
5. What you may not do
- Share, sell, rent, lend or sublicense the System, or give anyone their own access to it, your setup link, your sign-in or your connector.
- Copy, export, publish or upload the engine, workflow guidance, templates or presets anywhere, including code hosts, cloud drives, marketplaces, course platforms, communities and chats.
- Extract the workflow guidance from the connector: save, transcribe, summarise or rewrite it into files, notes, memory, prompts, skills or other AI agents, or ask your AI agent to do this.
- Reconstruct, re-engineer or imitate the System's workflow, or use the System or its guidance to build, train or improve a competing product, workflow or service.
- Repackage the System, or a substantial part of it, as a product, course, template, starter kit or service, or offer it as a hosted service.
- Make the System a perk, bonus or deliverable of any paid or free membership, group, community, cohort, course, coaching or "done for you" offer.
- Modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the System, or work around its access checks or the one-installation rule, except where the law expressly allows it.
- Remove this notice or claim authorship of the System.
- Use the Altcreative name or "Signature System" to market your own product, service or community.
6. Updates and support
We improve the System over time, and updates install through the normal setup. Changes you make to
engine files may be replaced by an update and are not supported.
Support reports
If setup or video editing fails, the studio may receive the error output and the agent's description of the problem so we can help you; your service keys are removed from these reports.
7. Third-party tools, services and content
- Setup installs third-party tools directly from their publishers, such as Python, FFmpeg, Node.js, WhisperX, PyTorch, the CapCut command line tool and HyperFrames. Each keeps its own license, and this license does not change them.
- Fonts in your brand kit are covered by their own licenses, for example the SIL Open Font License.
- Your AI agent (such as Claude or Codex), image services (such as OpenRouter), CapCut, YouTube and stock libraries have their own terms, which you agree with them directly. You are responsible for your accounts with them and any charges. The System asks before any paid usage.
- You are responsible for having the rights to the footage, music and other material you put in, for following stock and music licenses (including keeping credits), and for reviewing results before you publish, because automated and AI-generated content can contain errors.
8. Access and ending
- Your access to the System is given under your client agreement and lasts as set out there.
- We may remove access if you break this license or your client agreement, and we may pause access while we look into suspected misuse.
- When access ends, the connector stops providing guidance and updates. You must then stop using the System and delete your copies of the engine, guidance and templates. Everything you made remains yours.
- Sections 4, 5, 9 and 10 continue to apply after access ends.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the System is provided as it is. We do not guarantee commercial results
such as views, subscribers or revenue. Our liability is limited as set out in our
Terms of Service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be
limited, or any mandatory consumer rights you have.
10. Enforcement
Unauthorised sharing, extraction, resale or repackaging harms our business. If it happens, we may revoke
access, require that copies are removed, claim damages and any profits made from it, and seek a court
order to stop it.
11. Governing law
The law and courts named in your client agreement apply. Mandatory consumer protections where you live
are unaffected.
12. Changes
We may update this license. Your portal asks you to accept a new version before you continue. Until
then, the version you accepted applies.
